The Host/Cashier greets and seats guests, distributes them across restaurant stations, supports dining-room scheduling, handles cash and credit payments, operates the Micros POS system, monitors guest needs, and coordinates with management and service staff. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, one year of hotel or restaurant host experience, a friendly professional demeanor, basic math and communication skills, and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Applicants must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid Clark County Health Card and Las Vegas Alcohol Awareness Card.
