The Sunny Hotel is hiring a Host/ess to greet guests, escort them to tables, provide menus and recommendations, coordinate with the kitchen and servers, assist with reservations and waiting lists, maintain the host station, handle inquiries and complaints, and uphold professional service standards. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, customer service experience, strong communication and organizational skills, flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and knowledge of reservation systems and basic computer skills.
