Description
The Restaurant Host is the first employee to greet arriving guests, welcome them, seat them, monitor table availability and wait times, manage the guest wait list, answer telephone calls and reservations, assist with floor planning for large parties, greet departing guests, and escalate concerns to the manager. The role requires a positive attitude, excellent communication, flexibility to work business hours, weekends, evenings, and holidays, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
