Description
Delano London is seeking a Host / Hostess to join its pre-opening team and serve as one of the first and last guests meet at Lana Lusa. The role welcomes guests, manages reservations, walk-ins, waitlists, and table allocations; communicates guest preferences and VIP details; handles telephone and in-person enquiries; coordinates with the restaurant and floor teams; seats guests; manages waiting guests; supports service recovery; and maintains reception materials. Candidates should have previous host, reception, or guest-facing experience in a premium restaurant, luxury hotel, or high-quality hospitality environment, along with strong organisation, communication, reservation-system, and hospitality skills, and flexibility to work breakfast, evenings, weekends, and key hospitality moments.
