The Hostess greets and escorts restaurant guests to tables, presents menus, maintains the host desk and menus, records and arranges reservations and special functions, communicates with guests and management, follows safety procedures, and works efficiently as a team. The role requires knowledge of restaurant operations, guest relations, English communication, customer-complaint handling, and the ability to move through crowded rooms; a high school diploma and equivalent education, training, or experience are required.
