Description
The Restaurant Host greets and seats guests, presents menus and specials, manages the waiting list, monitors table availability, and maintains the host area, restrooms, and general cleanliness. The role also includes folding merchandise, completing side projects, communicating with guests and staff, and reporting to work on time. It requires customer focus, organization, stress management, communication, workplace safety knowledge, and the ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive cleaning and stocking tasks. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and the position has no supervisory responsibilities.
