Ember & Oak is hiring a Host/Hostess to serve as the first point of contact for guests at its restaurant and event space in Parsons, Kansas. The role includes greeting guests, managing seating and wait lists, communicating wait times, assisting with reservations, answering calls, supporting servers, maintaining the entrance and dining area, and providing service for to-go orders. The position requires strong communication, organization, teamwork, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; prior restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred.
