Description
The Restaurant Server reports to the Restaurant Manager and is responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, seating and guiding guests, advising on menu and beverage options, upselling, coordinating guest flow and special events, maintaining food safety and hygiene, and supporting restaurant operations. The role requires knowledge of Portuguese and English, basic POS and Opera knowledge, hospitality certifications, rotating-shift availability, and the ability to deliver 5-star service in a luxury resort setting.
