The Oyster Loft in Pismo Beach is hiring a Host to welcome guests, manage reservations and wait lists, provide accurate wait-time estimates, escort guests to dining or bar areas, coordinate seating, answer calls, and assist wait staff. The role requires restaurant etiquette, customer-service and communication skills, organizational ability, physical capacity to lift up to 50 pounds, availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, and a valid California food-handler certification. Previous host experience is preferred but not required, and the employer provides Food Handlers and Responsible Beverage Service training and certification. The listed salary is $16.90 per hour.
