Description
The Senior Hostess will serve as the first point of contact for guests, manage reservations and table assignments, oversee host-stand operations, coordinate with servers and kitchen staff, handle guest inquiries, mentor junior staff, and support special events and group reservations. The role requires 3–5 years of front-of-house hospitality experience, supervisory or lead experience, POS and reservation-management proficiency, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work flexible hours.
