Raffles The Palm Dubai is hiring a Hostess to report to the F&B Supervisor and provide welcoming, personalized service at F&B outlets. The role handles reservations and table assignments, controls guest flow, assists with seating and table setup, maintains guest records and station cleanliness, resolves guest complaints, supports cashiering and inventory, trains waitstaff and bus staff, and ensures outlets are ready for opening. Candidates need at least one year of hotel F&B experience, secondary education, strong English proficiency, professional presentation, strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of the restaurant seating plan, and computer skills.
