Description
The Guest Service Expert supports guests throughout their dining experience by setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, serving guests, handling transactions, and cleaning work areas and supplies. The role requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, managing menus, and performing physical tasks involving lifting, carrying, reaching, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent and less than one year of related work experience are preferred, while no supervisory experience or license or certification is required.
