Description
The Hostess/Host will welcome guests, manage restaurant reservations and waitlists, coordinate seating and table assignments, monitor occupancy, respond to guest requests, support VIP and group service, maintain the reception area, and coordinate with food and beverage and kitchen teams. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of food and beverage, restaurant reception, or guest service experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and basic computer skills; hospitality, reservation or POS systems, English, and Arabic are preferred or advantageous.
