Guardian Glass is hiring a Hot End Manager in Al Jubail to lead and improve the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of its Float Line Hot End, including ECS, Batch House, Furnace, Tin Bath, Lehr, Float Quality, and Laboratory operations. The role focuses on operational excellence, safety, quality, throughput, yield, energy, cost, equipment reliability, process optimization, continuous improvement, risk assessments, capital projects, and team development. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant engineering discipline, experience leading manufacturing operations in continuous-process industries, and experience developing supervisors, engineers, and frontline personnel.
