The employer is recruiting a skilled hot-forming machine operator for a three-shift metal production and forming-technology site in the Krefeld area. The role involves operating, loading, unloading, setting up, and rigging multi-stage presses; preparing materials; performing tool inspections and minor maintenance; supporting fault analysis and process-malfunction resolution; and conducting quality checks. Candidates need a technical vocational qualification, shift readiness, reliability, teamwork, and physical resilience; crane and forklift experience is preferred but training is provided. The position offers tax-exempt shift allowances, onboarding support, work clothing, and a strong chance of permanent employment after six months.
