The Hot Kitchen Assistant supports the head chef during service and food preparation, prepares vegetables and fresh ingredients, performs hot cooking steps, plates dishes, and replenishes kitchen shelves and counters. The role requires a passion for food and cooking, neat and hygienic work, the ability to work under pressure, perfect Dutch, and flexibility for weekend work.
