Description
The Hot Operations Process Engineer will optimize and improve glass fiberization manufacturing processes, support safe and reliable operations, analyze production data, troubleshoot equipment and process issues, lead continuous-improvement projects, and coordinate with production, maintenance, quality, suppliers, and plant leadership. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, chemical, or a related engineering discipline, at least five years of manufacturing engineering experience, strong process-control and root-cause-analysis skills, and frequent hands-on presence in an active industrial environment.
