The role oversees compliance with procedures, production updates, partner alerts, incident diagnosis and resolution, corrective actions, and collaboration with external service providers. Candidates need a Bac +3/+5 in Computer Science or an equivalent degree, at least two years of similar experience, advanced Excel skills, and advanced French communication.
