Description
The Hot Rolling Mechanical/Process Engineer provides technical leadership for hot rolling processes and equipment across Arconic's Global Rolled Products business. The role optimizes manufacturing systems, troubleshoots process and equipment issues, leads continuous improvement and capital improvement projects, supports technology transfer, evaluates new technologies, and provides training and mentorship. It requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline, at least five years of manufacturing or process engineering experience, and at least three years supporting hot rolling or related metals manufacturing processes. The position requires domestic and international travel of approximately 25–50%, access to controlled technology, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
