The Hotel Trattlerhof is hiring a seasonal Hotel and Restaurant Manager to handle personnel scheduling, staff management, staff training, food and beverage offer preparation, and cost calculation. The role requires completed vocational training and practical hotel-industry experience, along with German language skills and leadership, guest-care, organizational, and restaurant-management abilities. It is a full-time 40-hour-per-week position available by arrangement, with seasonal employment starting immediately until 08.11.2026 and continued employment from December 2026 possible.
