The Bartender provides customized beverage service at a hotel restaurant and bar, mixing drinks, maintaining accurate cash drawers, ensuring cleanliness, anticipating guest needs, and delivering friendly, personalized service. The role requires one to two years of bartending experience, flexible shift work including weekends and holidays, legal ability to serve alcohol, knowledge of drink preparation and payment processing, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly.
