Thind Management is seeking a Hotel Chief Engineer to oversee the maintenance and repair of a hotel’s mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. The role includes developing maintenance programs, conducting inspections and preventative maintenance, managing and training maintenance technicians, overseeing equipment and major renovation projects, managing the maintenance budget, ensuring compliance with safety and building codes, and coordinating with hotel departments, contractors, architects, and vendors. The position requires several years of supervisory experience in hotel or hospitality, strong building-systems knowledge, technical-drawing and CMMS proficiency, and a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
