Description
The role is a hotel dining service position responsible for presenting menus and beverages, taking and recording orders, coordinating with kitchen staff, processing payments, maintaining dining areas, following food-safety and sanitation procedures, and providing a professional guest experience. The posting requires one year of food service experience, preferably in a hotel or resort, along with knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette. A current Food Handlers Card and RBS Certification are preferred, with the ability to obtain RBS within 30 days of employment, and the ability to learn the hotel’s POS systems.
