Premier Inn is recruiting a Duty Manager for its South Mimms/Potters Bar hotel. The role works 24 guaranteed hours per week across reception, housekeeping, and the restaurant, leading shifts, coaching staff, resolving guest issues, supporting operations, and working with the Hotel Manager.
