Description
The Front Desk Agent serves as the first point of contact for hotel guests, handling check-ins, guest relations, complaints, room-status coordination, wake-up calls, and information about hotel services and rates. The role requires prior front-desk or similar experience, a high school diploma or equivalent vocational training, computer proficiency, basic math, strong customer service, and the ability to use property-management or point-of-sale systems.
