By Landmark is hiring a full-time, on-site Hotel General Manager for The Albion Summit in Summit, New Jersey. The role leads the 100-room boutique hotel, restaurant, bars, lounges, weddings, events, membership, and ancillary operations; owns the property’s P&L, budgeting, forecasting, KPIs, labor, costs, and profitability; develops leadership teams; drives revenue and guest satisfaction; and represents the brand in the Summit community. The position requires hands-on hospitality leadership, P&L responsibility, and experience with multiple revenue centers, with a salary of $125,000–$165,000 annually plus performance-based incentives and benefits.
