DelMonte Hotel Group is hiring a Hotel General Manager to serve as the primary strategic business leader for an assigned hotel property. The role oversees operations, associates, guest satisfaction, sales, budgets, compliance, community relations, and administrative functions, while requiring 3 to 5 years of hospitality or related experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, strong organizational and customer-service skills, and the ability to manage P&L and financials. Compensation is $90,000 and up based on experience, with bonus potential and comprehensive benefits for full-time positions.
