Description
The General Manager will oversee all hotel operations at 11727 NE 63rd Dr, Lady Lake, Florida, including staff leadership, guest service, safety, compliance, budgeting, forecasting, payroll, revenue management, hiring, training, performance reviews, and emergency response. The role reports to the Regional Vice President of Operations and requires a bachelor’s degree, a valid driver’s license, travel availability, and at least three years of hotel general manager experience.
