Timberline is hiring a Prep Cook to prepare food for its hotel restaurants, including Rams Head, Blue Ox, and Cascade Dining Room. The role covers kitchen preparation, food quality control, sanitation, inventory rotation, equipment operation, and cleaning tasks. Candidates must have a valid Oregon Food Handlers permit, display strong sanitation and organizational skills, and be able to lift and carry 50 pounds, work in tight spaces, and stand for up to eight hours. Experience using a knife is preferred, and the position pays $20-$22 per hour depending on experience.
