Premier Inn is recruiting a Kitchen Team Member for its Sunderland A19/A1231 location. The permanent role requires 18 contracted hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and busy guest periods, and pays up to £13.06 per hour. Duties include preparing ingredients, cooking and plating breakfast and dinner meals, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, receiving deliveries, managing stock, and coordinating with hotel staff. No hotel experience is required, and training and support are provided from day one.
