Description
The Hotel Maintenance Technician performs preventative maintenance in guest rooms and assigned hotel areas, responds to guest maintenance calls, and assists with repairs involving electrical systems, small appliances, kitchen and laundry equipment, boilers, HVAC, plumbing, and pool systems. The role also includes building exterior maintenance such as lawn care, power washing, and salt spreading, and requires flexible scheduling, physical ability to work for eight hours, and the ability to use a computer or tablet. Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, plus experience with painting, drywall, calking, and carpentry, is preferred.
