Description
The Hotel Maintenance Engineer will maintain the safety, cleanliness, and functionality of a hotel property by performing inspections, preventive maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep across guest rooms, public areas, meeting spaces, and restaurant facilities. The role covers electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, mechanical troubleshooting, emergency response, tool maintenance, safety compliance, and coordination with hotel staff and management. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while hotel or facilities maintenance experience, trade certification, and relevant licenses are preferred; the position requires physical work, weekend, evening, and holiday availability, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
