Drury Hotels is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Maintenance Manager to oversee the upkeep and safety of their physical property and grounds. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks, including repairs and preventative maintenance on plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and HVAC systems. They will also conduct light carpentry, painting, and drywall repair, implement safety programs, maintain detailed records, train junior staff, and collaborate with management to support recruitment efforts.
