The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and smooth operation of the hotel property and grounds, performing various maintenance tasks, and contributing to a positive guest experience. This role involves completing repairs on systems like plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and HVAC, as well as developing and monitoring safety programs. The technician will also provide training to junior staff and collaborate with management on recruitment.
