The Holiday Inn Washington DC-Central/White House is hiring an experienced Hotel Maintenance Technician for its Logan Circle neighborhood property in Washington, DC. The role is responsible for routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing hotel mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural, life-safety, telecommunications, pool, kitchen, laundry, and other systems; responding to guest and staff requests; conducting inspections; maintaining records; coordinating and supervising vendors; supporting safety, sustainability, and seasonal property tasks; and ensuring guest service and regulatory compliance. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of related hotel maintenance experience, basic computer and math skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule.
