Marcus Hotels & Resorts is hiring participants for its 12-month, full-time, paid Leadership Development Program based at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Participants rotate through Rooms Division assignments, develop leadership and business acumen, collaborate across departments, build guest and staff relationships, and participate in projects and task forces. The program provides placement at a property after completion and long-term advancement opportunities, along with relocation assistance, insurance, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
