EVT is hiring a Hotel Manager for Rydges Melbourne to lead the hotel’s day-to-day operations, guest experience, team performance, financial control, compliance, and strategic decision-making. The role requires senior hotel management experience, ideally from a five-star environment, with expertise across rooms revenue, F&B, C&E, sales and marketing, forecasting, budgeting, cost control, and operational leadership. The manager will represent the hotel professionally, collaborate with department heads, and act as General Manager in their absence.
