Description
Cove is hiring a full-time Hotel Night Duty Officer in Singapore to support overnight guest services, front-desk operations, reservations and room management, guest coordination, safety and security, cash handling, administrative reporting, and night audit. The role reports to the Head of Operations & Tenant Experience and requires at least two years of front-office experience in a hotel or hospitality environment, with overnight-shift experience, PMS experience, strong English communication, customer service, problem-solving, and comfort working permanent night shifts preferred or required.
