Ruby is hiring an operational leader for its Ruby Lola hotel in Frankfurt, a 280-room property. The role represents the property, leads recruiting, onboarding, and employee development, manages budgets and forecasting, optimizes processes, ensures compliance with HACCP, occupational health and safety, and fire protection, and oversees quality standards. Candidates need hospitality or restaurant vocational training or a hotel management or business administration degree, extensive operational leadership experience, knowledge of POS, PMS, and business administration, strong communication and guest-service skills, and fluent German and English.
