Ruby is hiring an operational leader for its 280-room Ruby Lola hotel in Frankfurt. The role represents the property, leads recruitment, onboarding, and employee development, manages budgets and forecasting, optimizes processes, ensures compliance with HACCP, occupational safety, and fire protection, and applies Ruby’s quality standards. Candidates need hospitality or catering vocational training or a hotel management/business administration degree, extensive operational leadership experience, knowledge of POS, PMS, and business administration, strong leadership and communication skills, and fluent German and English.
