Description
The Food and Beverage Server takes orders, serves food and beverages, creates an energized bar atmosphere, anticipates customer needs, maintains cleanliness, and processes guest payments. The role requires one to two years of server experience, flexible shift work including weekends and holidays, legal ability to serve alcohol, knowledge of alcohol-service guidelines and drink preparation, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly. Restaurant or business education is highly desired, while food safety certification and alcohol-service training are recommended.
