The Hotel Night Porter will work overnight from midnight to 7 a.m., providing customer service, checking guests into hotel rooms, answering telephone enquiries, handling complaints, and maintaining a safe, legal, and clean front-of-house environment. The role includes cleaning duties and other tasks, with full training and support provided. Applicants should be willing to learn, attentive to detail, passionate about service, team-oriented, and able to communicate in spoken and written English while understanding allergen controls.
