Description
The General Manager of Hotel Versailles reports to the Vice President of Customer Engagement and provides strategic and operational leadership across Hotel Versailles, Silas Creative Kitchen, 1819 Room, Stillwater Valley Golf Course, Riverwatch, Midmark Café, and Sycamore Bridge Farm. The role oversees hospitality operations, guest service, financial performance, revenue and budgeting, marketing and sales strategy, talent acquisition, team development, operational excellence, technology, and community engagement. A bachelor’s degree in hospitality or a related field and at least seven years of relevant management experience are sought, while sponsorship is not provided.
