Whitbread is hiring a permanent Tech Specialist focused on kiosks and digital access across its hotel estate. The role supports the design, implementation, integration, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing operation of guest-facing technologies such as access control, security systems, digital keys, and self-service kiosks. It works with hotel operations, suppliers, partners, and internal technology stakeholders to improve guest experience, system reliability, security, and operational efficiency. The position is based at Whitbread Court with hybrid working and offers a salary of £60,000–£65,000 plus bonus and benefits.
