Description
The Operations and Maintenance Planning Manager reports to the Hotline/Planning Manager and oversees planning, coordination, and supervision of operations and maintenance activities at renewable energy sites. The role monitors sites through SCADA, handles hotline requests and tickets, plans preventive and corrective work, manages CMMS work orders and on-call coverage, calculates contractual availability, and contributes to process improvement and QHSE compliance. The candidate profile requires a vocational diploma or equivalent qualification in electrical engineering, industrial maintenance, or a related field, along with analytical, IT, monitoring, and English skills; experience in planning, coordination, or monitoring is preferred, especially in renewable energy.
