Hourly Kitchen Manager at Social Cantina

Social Cantina Mishawaka is hiring an Hourly Kitchen Manager to lead from the line, execute the menu with consistency and quality, support hiring and scheduling, train and coach kitchen staff, manage inventory and food costs, enforce food safety and sanitation standards, and help maintain smooth front-of-house service. The role requires comfort in a high-volume kitchen, strong kitchen operations and food safety knowledge, hands-on leadership, communication skills, and ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain it; 1–3 years of kitchen leadership or supervisory experience is preferred. The position pays $20–$22 per hour.
