The University of Wyoming is hiring an Assistant Supervisor, Dispatch to support the Demand Response Manager and lead the Transit Dispatch Center, covering paratransit and fixed-route operations. The role supervises and trains part-time dispatchers, handles complaints and incidents, maintains regulatory documentation, supports paratransit administration, coordinates with dispatch software providers, and may assist with SafeRide, community outreach, and backup driving. The position is on-campus in Laramie, Wyoming, with academic-year shifts from 5:45 a.m. to 7 p.m., and pays $18.35–$18.85 per hour depending on experience.
