Description
The Library Technical Aide - Studio Coe supports patrons and campus customers with hardware and software in the Studio Coe computer lab, audio recording studio, and video recording space. Responsibilities include help-desk and email support, phone calls, room bookings, equipment assistance, workshop support, tutorials, outreach, project work, and opening and closing the lab. Applicants must be current University of Wyoming students or enrolled for the upcoming semester, have a high school diploma or GED, and be interested in graphic design, audio-visual production, virtual reality, and/or computer coding. Customer service and relevant hardware or software experience are desired. The position is on campus in Laramie, Wyoming.
