NiCa Teamet is seeking hourly substitute workers to provide practical and social support to women and children in protected accommodation. The role involves supporting residents in everyday life, accompanying them to activities and meetings, maintaining a safe and structured environment, documenting care, following safety and confidentiality procedures, and collaborating with colleagues. The position is initially daytime and may involve evenings and weekends, with possible development into a permanent role. Applicants must have education in social work or behavioral science, a driver’s license, and the ability to work independently and professionally with vulnerable people.
