Description
Molex is hiring a 3rd Shift Supervisor to lead plating operations on Sunday–Thursday from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. in Lincoln, Nebraska. The role oversees safety, quality, delivery, productivity, equipment and process performance, production records, employee development, standard operating procedures, attendance, 6S, and continuous improvement, while coordinating with maintenance, quality, engineering, and production management. Candidates need manufacturing or operations experience, leadership experience, and the ability to work the third shift on the production floor; plating, surface-finishing, chemical-processing, Kronos, work-instruction, Lean, and cross-functional experience are preferred.
